2. Attract prospective students by showcasing student experiences - the most popular content with prospectives; e.g. testimonials, students in the field, undergraduate projects & opportunities
3. Cover more departmental achievements such as publications, grants, and awards to highlight productivity for prospective donors and outside collaborators
4. Provide information about faculty to garner interest in specific research and humanize the department with a welcoming image - put a face to the name & research
5. Prioritize activity on Instagram stories for current students - update on events, clubs, opportunities, and other university wide news to generate traffic and maximize engagement
6. Widen online presence by adding Tiktok and LinkedIn accounts
